God, if movies didn’t have violence and plenty of action – like human pitting against human, won’t it be really boring? No one would want to go to the movies.
When Elvis Presley’s music first made its appearance – what did everyone think of it?
You mean rock and roll?
Well, I saw it in a documentary once that it was quite revolutionary in the sense that it changed a lot of aspects of life in general like fashion, attitudes and language. To quote Wiki: “Topics that were generally considered taboo, such as sex, began to be introduced in rock and roll music. This new music tried to break boundaries and express the real emotions that people were feeling, but didn’t talk about. An awakening in the young American culture began to take place.”
You’re smart. Put that within the context of The New World.
Okay. Topics that were generally considered as ridiculous, such as reincarnation, equality of men and women – especially in religions, governments and life in general, a world without end, a spiritual awakening, an all-loving, non-condemning, non-punishing God, just to name a few, began to be introduced in entertainment in The New World. This New Spirituality tried to break boundaries and express the real emotions that people were feeling, but didn’t talk about. An awakening in world culture began to take place.
Does that answer your question?
Oh yes! Awesome!
You did it all by yourself.
I’m awesome. You are awesome! We are all awesome!
